Andreas is an accomplished CFO whose career spans senior finance leadership roles across industries and geographies, with substantial M&A exposure throughout. He began as an auditor and supervisor at KPMG before moving into executive finance roles across Europe — including Director of Group Finance at AE&E Group and CFO of Doosan Lentjes Germany, a globally active environmental technology company.
He has also served as CFO at sports-exhaust group Remus-Sebring and as interim-CFO at Hirsch Armbänder, a global leader in watch straps, demonstrating a consistent track record in managing complex financial operations and leading teams through transformation.
At Sparring, Andreas oversees Operations, Risk and Compliance. Within the portfolio, he focuses on Finance and Operations.
Andreas holds a master’s degree in corporate finance and accounting from universities in Austria and the United States. He spends most of his time outside Sparring with his wife and three children — and rarely misses a good hockey game.
